1. System Requirements & Compatibility

Our tools are primarily tested and optimized for Windows 10 (version 22H2) and Windows 11(version 24H2) . These have proven to be the most stable operating systems for our applications, particularly for botting purposes.

  • If you encounter compatibility issues, even after attempting all recommended configurations, you may be required to change your operating system version.

  • Please note: Most tools require you to disable or remove certain Windows security features in order to function properly.

2. Third-Party and Reseller Products

Many of the products and services offered within this community are provided through resale agreements with original developers, the majority of whom are based in China. Accordingly, the software is often written in Chinese.

  • Rest assured, we provide English-language guides for all tools to support your usage.

3. Refund Policy

We maintain a strict no-refund policy under all circumstances. By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept this condition.

4. Compensation Policy

Compensation may be considered only in the event of a critical issue with a product or service. The decision to offer compensation is at the sole discretion of the sales agent and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

  • The following issues are not eligible for compensation:
    • System or OS incompatibility
    • Installation difficulties
    • Software language preferences
    • Account bans
    • Network or connectivity problems

5. Language and Guides

While many tools are originally developed in Chinese, we provide comprehensive guides in English to assist all users.

6. User Conduct & License Terms

Users found to be sharing software, tools, or private channel information with non-paying individuals or external communities will face immediate consequences:

  • Permanent removal from our community
  • Termination of all active licenses
  • No refunds or compensation will be provided

7. Compensation Clarification

Compensation, where applicable, will be determined at our discretion and may take the form of partial service credit, product replacement, or extended usage time. This will be discussed directly with the affected user.
